Beginning her career as intern with Cal Ripken's minor league baseball team, the Aberdeen Ironbirds, she was quickly promoted to Assistant General Manager before she left the organization in 2008 to become the Business Development Director for the Ed Reed Foundation. There she grew the foundation in the Baltimore community by creating fundraising events, procuring sponsorships and selling endorsements. Today, as the CEO and Owner of Vibrancy21, Jenna oversees all events, major gifts for fundraising and sponsorships. She works hand in hand with Vibrancy21 Account Executives and their top level clients to make sure their business, marketing and networking needs are fulfilled.

Joining Vibrancy21 in November 2017, as the Director of Sales, Clark oversees clients and increases sales for the company. He comes from a media sales background with a high emphasis on relationship selling, sports marketing and business development. After six years with CBS Sports in Baltimore, he decided to build on his growth and management skills. His passion for sports and sales motivates him to provide the best experience for his clients. He graduated from Towson University and now resides in downtown Canton.
Joining Vibrancy21 at the start of 2018, Brian comes to our team with a degree from the University of Maryland, College park. He hopes to grow and develop business relations with the Greater Baltimore Area, as well as establish marketing strategies that expand the reach of his clients. Brian is no stranger to competition, being a former athlete himself. He plans to bring the same drive and motivation into the marketing world.

Mark joins Vibrancy21 with multiple degrees from Bridgewater College, and comes from a high demand operations background where he consistently exceeded client expectations. Mark brings a fresh approach and looks to lead Vibrancy21 into new markets and opportunities. His commitment to the team and selfless approach of putting other needs in front of his own make him a great team player and ensures his clients will have the best possible experience with Vibrancy21.
Joining Vibrancy21 in March of 2019, Chris works with companies to help them grow their brand through Vibrancy21 hospitality events. After spending years as a small business owner, Chris knows what truly drives conversations and what it takes to achieve growth. He takes the time to understand his clients needs and looks forward bringing them success!
Joining Vibrancy21 in the August of 2019, Tim comes to our team with a degree from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. He has as sales/ strength and conditioning background, as he formerly owned a gym in Myrtle Beach area, where he was directly in charge of new client acquisition. He hopes to use his previous experience to help expand Vibrancy21 into multiple markets.
Sam joined Vibrancy21 in August 2019. He comes wit ha degree in Sport Management from the University of Georgia. He has experience in event management, client relations and sports activation. He hopes to build upon his business/marketing experience, and bring that competitive edge to the office every day.
