Began her career as intern with Cal Ripken's minor league baseball team, the Aberdeen Ironbirds. She was quickly promoted to Assistant General Manager before she left the organization in 2008 to become the Business Development Director for the Ed Reed Foundation. There she grew the foundation in the Baltimore community by creating fundraising events, procuring sponsorships and selling endorsements. Today, as the CEO and Owner of Vibrancy21, Jenna oversees all events, major gifts for fundraising and sponsorships. She works hand in hand with Vibrancy21 Account Executives and their top level clients to make sure their business, marketing and networking needs are fulfilled.
Joining Vibrancy21 in the Winter of 2017, JD comes to the team with a degree from Towson University in Sports Management and Business Administration. After graduating, she had internship with the Baltimore Orioles gaining experience in promotions, marketing, community relations, and events. She then was the Office Manager for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore where she provided program, marketing, and fundraising support. As the Operations Manager, JD is excited to bring her passion for cultivating relationships, developing new business ideas, and sports & events, along with her positive attitude to Vibrancy21!
DIRECTOR OF SALES
Joining Vibrancy21 in November 2017, as the Director of Sales, Clark oversees clients and increases sales for the company. He comes from a media sales background with a high emphasis on relationship selling, sports marketing and business development. After six years with CBS Sports in Baltimore, he decided to build on his growth and management skills. His passion for sports and sales motivates him to provide the best experience for his clients. He graduated from Towson University and now resides in downtown Canton.
Nick joined Vibrancy21 in 2016 and as Events Coordinator he develops and oversees all event and venue logistics, budgets, promotional materials, as well as securing sponsorships. Through his work, Nick aims to create valuable experiences in order to help all Vibrancy21 clients grow their business and have fun doing it! Nick is a graduate from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Marketing from the Mendoza College of Business, the nation's #1 Ranked Undergraduate Business School by Bloomberg Businessweek. He was the 2014 David Appel Award recipient in the Dept. of Marketing. Prior to Vibrancy21, he began his professional career in University athletics as a college football coach.

After years of experience in Sports talk radio and event marketing, Matt was beyond excited to join the Vibrancy21 team. With his outside of the box thinking and dedication to customer service, Matt goes above and beyond for his clients. He understands that each company has a uniqueness to them, and he works diligently to create packages and experiences that fit their individual needs. An avid musician and sports fanatic, Matt exudes passion in everything he does and looks forward to helping your business grow!
Joining Vibrancy21 at the start of 2018, Brian comes to our team with a degree from the University of Maryland, College park. New to the sales team, he hopes to grow and develop business relations with the Greater Baltimore Area, as well as establish marketing strategies that expand the reach of his clients. Brian is no stranger to competition, being a former athlete himself. He plans to bring the same drive and motivation into the marketing world.
Dave, a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, joins Vibrancy21 as an Account Executive who is excited to use his love of sports to provide exceptional service! While an undergrad, he played hockey for the Terps and received his Bachelor's in Kinesiology. Prior to Vibrancy21, he served as a Trainer at Evolution Fitness in New Jersey. Dave enjoys working creatively with his Vibrancy21 team to create extraordinary experiences for his clients!
