CEO/OWNER

Beginning her career as intern with Cal Ripken's minor league baseball team, the Aberdeen Ironbirds, she was quickly promoted to Assistant General Manager before she left the organization in 2008 to become the Business Development Director for the Ed Reed Foundation. There she grew the foundation in the Baltimore community by creating fundraising events, procuring sponsorships and selling endorsements. Today, as the CEO and Owner of Vibrancy21, Jenna oversees all events, major gifts for fundraising and sponsorships. She works hand in hand with Vibrancy21 Account Executives and their top level clients to make sure their business, marketing and networking needs are fulfilled.

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & EVENTS

Joining Vibrancy21 in November 2017, as the Director of Sales, Clark oversees clients and increases sales for the company. He comes from a media sales background with a high emphasis on relationship selling, sports marketing and business development. After six years with CBS Sports in Baltimore, he decided to build on his growth and management skills. His passion for sports and sales motivates him to provide the best experience for his  clients. He graduated from Towson University and now resides in downtown Canton.

 SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Joining Vibrancy21 in March of 2022,   

Austin made an immediate impact to our staff. He came to us with a Sport Management Degree from Towson University, and a background in recruiting and event management. His passion for sports and client service pushes him to be his best every day. As a former football and lacrosse player, competition energies him. His goal is to use his professional and personal skills to provide the best experience for his clients, while gaining knowledge and experience in sport marketing and business relations. 

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

 Joining Vibrancy21 in October of 2022, he came to us with a Sport Management Degree from Towson University and a huge passion for Football. He's a lifelong Jets fan, and when he’s not at the office working, you can find him at MetLife Stadium cheering on Gang Green, no matter the conditions. He has a strong background in hospitality and strives to give all of his clients an unforgettable experience that they can cherish for a lifetime. As a former lacrosse and soccer player, he excels under pressure and always welcomes competition. His goal is to continue his growth within the sports marketing and event management industry, while always providing outstanding customer service for all of his clients.  

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

  Ava joined the team in early 2024!  

Ava attended University of Florida and graduated with a Journalism Degree specializing in Sports and Media. She was born and raised in Baltimore and is an avid Ravens and Orioles fan. She’s always had a passion for sports; From growing up playing soccer and softball to attending endless Baltimore sporting events with her family, Ava has always been passionate about pursuing a career within the sports industry. Other than sports, Ava loves the beach, photography, music, food, and dogs!
