Team Bios


Rhonda’s career has enabled her passion for events and marketing to flourish. From Business Development Manager for a National Experiential Marketing firm to Director of Events for a National Sports Agency, Rhonda has gained extensive experience in executing celebrity inspired, first class events. Rhonda has always had a desire to rise above the expected. In 2012, she began her own marketing agency, now Vibrancy21. She has evolved into a fearless leader, consistently blending creative strategy with pristine execution. Extremely proud of the vibrant team she has now, nothing inspires her more than seeing her employees’ growth and continual success first hand.


Jenna Raglani moved to Baltimore at age 21 and started as an intern with Cal Ripken’s minor league baseball team, the Aberdeen Ironbirds. She quickly moved up the ranks inside the organization and was promoted to Assistant General Manager before she left in 2008 to become the Business Development Director for the Ed Reed Foundation. There she grew the mission of the foundation in the Baltimore community by creating fundraising events, procuring sponsorships and selling endorsements for Ed Reed of the Baltimore Ravens. Today, as the CEO at Vibrancy21, Jenna oversees all events, major gifts for fundraising and sponsorships. Jenna works hand in hand with our account executives as well as our top level clients making sure we are fulfilling their business, marketing and networking needs.


Before joining the team at Vibrancy21, Joe spent the past 8 years developing strategies to help grow some of the country’s largest wireless companies. He worked closely with each company to help grow their business by setting up marketing strategies to expand their name into areas not currently involved in, building a product portfolio to thoroughly fulfill their customers needs, and educate them on most recent market trends. Being a former athlete Joe brings the same focus and mentality he had on the football field into the marketing world. Joe has an experienced background in Sales and Marketing and has a high focus to fulfill the needs of his clients.


Nick is the Internal Events Coordinator with the Vibrancy21 team. Nick is a graduate from the University of Notre Dame. While an undergraduate, Nick served as a Teaching Assistant for two years in the Mendoza College of Business, the nation’s #1 Ranked Undergraduate Business School by Bloomberg Businessweek. Prior to joining with Vibrancy21, he began his professional career in University athletics as a college football coach at Princeton University and the University at Buffalo. He is motivated to blend his passion for business and sports to provide outstanding service to every client he serves!


Joining Vibrancy21 in the Winter of 2017, Jen comes to the team with a degree from Towson University in Sports Management and Business Administration. After graduating, she had internship with the Baltimore Orioles gaining experience in promotions, marketing, community relations, and events. Most recently, she was the Office Manager for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore where she provided program, marketing, and fundraising support. Jenna is excited to bring her passion for sports and events, along with her positive attitude to Vibrancy21!


Jenna oversees business development for Vibrancy21 where she focuses on client relations, endorsements, and brand management. She joins Vibrancy21 with 6+ years of NFL experience from the NFL Players Association where she procured marketing and endorsement opportunities for NFL players. Her sponsor accounts included: Pepsi, Dannon, Ford, FedEx, Hyundai, Campbell’s, Bridgestone, Mars, and Quaker. She was also responsible for event management and player logistics at Draft, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, and Rookie Premiere. Jenna graduated from Georgetown University with a Masters in Sports Industry Management and a BA in Sports Leadership from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.


Clark joined Vibrancy 21 in November 2017. He is now our Director of Marketing and will oversee clients and increase sales for the company. He comes from a media sales background with a high emphasis on relationship selling, sports marketing and business development. After 6 years with CBS Sports in Baltimore, he decided to build on his growth and management skills. His passion for sports and sales motivates him to provide the best experience for his clients. He graduated from Towson University and now resides in downtown Canton.
